Main Function
The main function of the Business Development Executive is to build and sustain relationships with key players across the 3 markets we serve: Hospitality, Residential & Commercial to win contracts and exceed variable sales targets.
Note: You are not required to be in office to do your job, but your role requires extensive travelling across the island on a weekly basis and may require your presence at the office 1-4 times per month.
Reports to: Sales & Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed a sales quota of J$6 million per month and quarterly targets.
- Win additional and new business by upselling and cross-selling products and services to prospects and existing clients.
- Co-ordinate sales efforts with marketing campaigns.
- Cold call and email prospects and follow up with leads within the pipeline.
- Schedule and conduct 3-5 site visits per week with clients and prospects island wide as solicited or assigned.
- Capture measurements and Sketch Layouts of Consultation Visits.
- Submit a brief report on all consultation visits conducted within 24 hours.
- Create and submit estimates and bid proposals as solicited or assigned.
- Assist with training new members of the sales team.
Requirements (Please do not apply if you do not meet the below criteria)
- BSc. Degree in Business Administration or Marketing or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B Sales
- Proficient with CRM tools.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace
- Ability to read the Tape Measure (or can quickly learn)
- A valid Driver’s License and a reliable Motor Vehicle
- Very proficient written and verbal communication skills
- A laptop computer.
Compensation & Perks
Total Gross Salary: $4,860,000 p/a (with J$6M/month quota met)
- Basic Gross Salary: J$720,000 p/a (Primarily a commission-based role)
- 5% Uncapped Commission (solicited sales)
- 1.5% Residual Commission
- 15% Sales Bonus (w/ quota exceeded)

- Vehicle Maintenance Allowance: $25,000/Quarter
